leapoflove.in is owned and operated by FX Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN U72100PB2025PTC066690, its registered office at SCO 1066, 1st Floor, Sector 123, Jandpur, Kharar, Rupnagar 140301, Punjab, and GSTIN 03AAGCF7880C1ZR. In these terms, we, us and our mean FX Labs Private Limited; you and your mean the person using the site.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Our products are made for children, but the purchase is made by an adult. If you are buying for a child, you confirm you are their parent or guardian, or that you have their parent's or guardian's consent.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at care@leapoflove.in if you think someone else has used it. Keep your details accurate: a wrong address is the single most common reason an order does not arrive.

Leap of Love is a food product manufactured and labelled under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and the regulations under it, licence number 12126999000133.

It is a food, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for a varied diet or for medical advice. If your child has an allergy, a medical condition, or is on medication, speak to your paediatrician before introducing any new food. Always read the label before use.

Photographs are representative. Packaging, recipes and nutrition values may change as we improve the formulation; the pack you receive is the authority on what is inside it.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of GST. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout at the moment you place the order. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown before payment.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full; we will tell you before we do.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay or when the site shows an order confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, if we cannot deliver to your pin code, if we suspect fraud or resale, or if we cannot verify your details. Where we cancel, we refund any amount already paid in full.

Payments are handled by our payment gateway partners. We do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials. If a payment is debited but the order does not appear, the amount is normally reversed by your bank within 5 to 7 working days; write to us with the transaction reference and we will chase it with you.

These are set out in full in our shipping, returns, refunds and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. It includes the timelines we commit to at each step.

Offers run for the period stated, on the products stated, and while stocks last. A code is for personal use, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with another offer unless we say so. We may withdraw an offer or void a code that is being misused, including bulk buying for resale.

Post honestly, from your own experience, and do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or someone else's work. You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a free, worldwide licence to use it on our site and channels with the name you posted under. We may decline or remove content, and we do not publish reviews written in exchange for payment.

The Leap of Love name, logo, packaging, illustrations, photography, copy and the design of this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You may not copy, adapt or use them commercially without written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any right in them.

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site, do not use it to place fraudulent orders, and do not resell our products without our written agreement. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Where we link to a site we do not run, we do not control what is on it and we are not responsible for it. The link is not an endorsement.

We take real care over the site and everything on it, but we provide it as it stands. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, that descriptions are complete, or that colours on your screen match the product exactly.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be contracted out of.

Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of a law or a third party's rights.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by something beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, civil unrest, epidemics, government action, courier failure or the failure of utilities or networks. Where such an event delays your order, we will tell you and you may cancel and be refunded for anything undelivered.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the clause below, the courts at Mohali, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.

Write to us first: most problems are settled in a single email. If a dispute remains unresolved 30 days after you have raised it in writing, it shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chandigarh, and the proceedings shall be in English. The award shall be final and binding.

This clause does not stop you approaching a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Complaints are acknowledged and resolved within one month of receipt.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, so the date at the top of this page matters. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
