Questions parents ask
What age is it for?

Children 7 years and older, boys and girls. The % RDA figures on pack are calculated against ICMR 2020 guidelines for children aged 7–9.
How much do they have a day?

One 33 g serving (a heaped scoop from the 1 kg bag, or one sachet from the trial carton) stirred into 200 mL of cold or lukewarm milk. Once a day is the recommended usage level.
Does it dissolve in cold milk?

Yes. Soya lecithin is included specifically so it mixes clean without heating. A shaker works best.
How much sugar is in it?

15.06 g total sugars per serving, of which 8.07 g is added sugar in the form of jaggery powder. The rest comes from the milk solids. We use unrefined jaggery rather than white sugar.
Is it a health drink or a medicine?

Neither. It is a nutraceutical milk mix (everyday nutrition, not for medicinal use, and not a substitute for a varied diet).
Are there allergens?

It contains milk and soy. It is manufactured in a facility that also processes wheat, oats and nuts.
Is it vegetarian?

Yes. The green vegetarian mark appears on every pack.
How does the subscription work?

Subscribe to the 1 kg bag and we deliver one every 30 days for six months. The seventh bag is free (a whole month of mornings at no cost). Pause, skip or cancel from your account at any time.
What does shipping cost?

Free on orders over ₹2,000. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days.
Can I see the test reports for my pack?

Yes; every batch is published. Find the batch number on the back of your pack and open the matching report, or scan the heart-shaped QR code printed on the pack.
Can sachets be bought individually?
+
No. Individual sachets are not sold loose; the trial carton contains five.
How should it be stored?
+
In a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Reseal the bag zipper after each use.
